Megan E. Beyer

Megan E. Beyer was born and raised in the South Shore area and presently resides in Raynham. She is a graduate of Smith College and University of Massachusetts School of Law, where she was an Associate Editor of the school’s Law Review, a Public Interest Law Fellow, and the president of the Legal Association of Women.  While in law school, Megan became the first fellow from UMass Law selected for the Rappaport Center for Law & Public Policy, where she worked with the Mayor’s Office and City of Boston on research combating human trafficking in the hotel industry. Megan was admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in 2016. 
Megan worked in Land Court, and as a Senior Case Administrator for the Pro Se Division for American Arbitration Association, managing alternative dispute resolution cases from Texas to Massachusetts. Prior to partnering with Dawn, Megan served as a Judicial Law Clerk for Massachusetts Probate & Family Court in Barnstable, Bristol, Middlesex, and Plymouth Divisions. While in this role, Megan worked closely with the Justices of the Probate and Family Court to conduct legal research, draft memorandums, findings of fact, judgments, and orders. 
Her practice is focused on all aspects of family law including custody issues, contested and uncontested divorces, guardianships, and contempt and modifications.
